References to “we”, “us” or “our” mean The Edge Event Group Ltd. References to “you” mean any website user, ticket holder, sponsor, exhibitor, speaker or panel participant.

2. Age Restrictions

All events organised by The Edge Event Group Ltd are strictly for individuals aged 18 years and over. By purchasing a ticket, sponsorship package, exhibitor space, speaking slot or panel position, you confirm that you are aged 18 or above at the time of booking and on the date of the event.

We operate a strict no under-18s policy. Individuals under the age of 18 are not permitted to attend our events under any circumstances, including if accompanied by a parent, guardian or responsible adult.

We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time. If we discover that a booking has been made for, or transferred to, a person under the age of 18, we reserve the right to cancel the booking without refund.

3. Use of the Website

Access to our website is provided on a temporary basis. We may suspend, withdraw or amend the website without notice. You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious material or interfere with its operation.

All content, branding, materials and designs on this website are owned by or licensed to The Edge Event Group Ltd and may not be reproduced without written permission.

4. Ticket Purchases

When you purchase a ticket, you enter into a binding contract with The Edge Event Group Ltd. All tickets are subject to availability and confirmed payment.

Unless otherwise stated at the point of purchase:
- Tickets are non-refundable.
- Tickets may be transferable with written approval.
- Transfer requests must be made via
hello@theedgeevent.com.

If we cancel an event, you will be offered either a full refund of the ticket price paid or transfer to a rescheduled date. We are not responsible for travel, accommodation or related costs.

We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee whose behaviour is disruptive, unsafe or inappropriate. No refund will be given in such cases.

5. Sponsorship, Exhibitor and Speaker Packages

Where you purchase sponsorship, exhibitor space, speaking slots or panel participation, you enter into a separate written agreement with The Edge Event Group Ltd.

Those written agreements take precedence over these website Terms in the event of any conflict.

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your signed agreement.

6. Event Changes

We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to speakers, panels, event schedule, venue location (within reasonable geographic proximity) or event format. Such changes do not constitute grounds for refund.

7. Media and Filming

Events may be photographed and filmed. By attending, exhibiting, sponsoring or speaking at our events, you consent to being photographed, filmed or recorded and to the use of that content for marketing and promotional purposes without compensation.

8. Payments

Payments are processed securely via third-party providers including Stripe and PayPal. We do not store full card details.

Failure to complete payment plans may result in suspension of benefits and potential debt recovery action.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Edge Event Group Ltd excludes liability for loss of profits, loss of business, loss of revenue, loss of anticipated savings, loss of data or indirect/consequential loss.

Our total liability in relation to any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant ticket or package.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for failure or delay in performing obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to government restrictions, venue closure, public health emergencies, natural disasters or industrial disputes.

In such cases, we may reschedule the event. Refunds will be at our discretion unless otherwise stated in your written agreement.

11. Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
