Gina Trick

Hi, I’m Gina – the online business strategist and mentor you call when you’re done overthinking and just want a strategy that actually works (with a little help from AI – used wisely, not wildly).

I help online service providers cut through the noise, get clear on what matters, and build a business that feels as good as it looks – using sustainable strategies that fit their strengths, values, and way of working.

I started my first business 21 years ago and went on to scale a 7-figure wedding and events company… then burnt out hard. I rebuilt everything to prioritise clarity, confidence, and calm – and now I help others do the same.

I’ve been where so many entrepreneurs find themselves: overwhelmed, overcomplicating, second-guessing everything. Chasing strategies that sound good on paper but feel all wrong in practice.

Kay Suthar is the CEO and founder of Make Your Mark Podcast Agency and host of the Make Your Mark Podcast. She is the only female British-Indian to own a video podcast production agency in the world.

She helps business owners, coaches, speakers, authors and thought leaders transform their podcasts into authority-building, revenue-generating machines. 

Before launching her agency, Kay served as a London police officer, MMA fighter, voiceover actor and children’s audiobook creator. She is a qualified sign language interpreter driven by a passion for communication and connection.


With a strong background in sales, networking and leadership, Kay has built, trained and led global teams and spoken on stages across the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Costa Rica, Hong Kong, Malaysia and Indonesia. Her work has helped businesses scale from six figures to seven figures by aligning visibility, messaging and monetisation into a clear, strategic ecosystem.

Who is The Edge London for?

The Edge London is designed for small business owners who are tired of blending in and ready to be seen. If you’ve got experience, drive, and ideas but feel like your message isn’t landing or you’re stuck second-guessing, this is for you.

Where is the event held?

The Edge takes place on Wednesday 3rd March 2027 at Lumiere, 6-14 Underwood Street, Shoreditch, London N1 7JQ which is an 8 minute walk from Old Street Station.

Is the venue accessible?

Yes. The venue offers step-free access and accessible facilities. If you have additional needs, just let us know in advance – we’ll do everything we can to accommodate you.

Will the event be recorded?

Yes – all speaker sessions will be recorded. VIP and virtual ticket holders will receive 3 months access to the recordings.

Is lunch provided?

Yes. Lunch and refreshments are included in your ticket. We cater for all dietary requirements – just let us know when you book.

Can I transfer my ticket if I can’t make it?

Tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred to someone else for face value. Just email hello@theedgeevent.com at least 48 hours before the event so we can update the guest list.
